As our website is hosted on Google's Blogger platform, notices may also be submitted directly to Google's DMCA agent through official Blogger support channels.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must contain the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, email, and consent to local court jurisdiction.
